General Questions
1. What countries do you ship to?
Currently, we only ship within the United States.
2. What is your return/exchange policy?
If you are unhappy with your purchase for any reason, send us a message to return your order for free. We will cover your shipping! If you would like an exchange, you can then place another order for the item.
3. How long does order processing take?
It takes 1-3 days to process most orders. This excludes holidays and weekends. You will receive tracking information once your order is shipped. We are not responsible for any delays once the package is dropped off at the post office.
4. How do I cancel/modify an order?
Orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Sometimes, they are processed even as quick as a few hours. If you need to cancel or modify your order please reach out to us immediately. If the order has not been processed, we can cancel or make changes for you.
5. What if my order arrives damaged?
We are not responsible for how packages are handled during transit. However, we will do our best to resolve any issues. Please reach out to us if your order arrives damaged.
Product Q&A
1. What material are the products made of?
Most of our 3D printed products are made of PLA plastic, which is the most common 3D printing material. Some select items, like our high-temp resistant products, are made with PETG, which also has many fun translucent color varieties.
2. What is the difference between hi-temp and standard?
High temperature resistant products are those made with either PETG or ABS plastic, which has a much higher heat tolerance than the standard PLA. This line of products was created when we learned that a lot of users want to display our art on their car dashboards. While the standard PLA versions will work fine in the car in most climates, if you live in or travel to very hot climates, the Hi-Temp series is recommended.
3. Do you take bulk orders for reselling?
Yes we do! Please send us what you’re looking to bulk order and we can provide a quote and estimated timeline. We love partnerships!
4. Do you take custom orders?
We welcome all ideas to put into our “idea box” for future products! We also take custom consignments as time allows. Feel free to ask!
5. Are you officially licensed for the characters?
We are manufacturers of fan art designs inspired by popular characters. We license designs from independent artists who create them.
